55MOVERS with Maya Balam Meyong. On Friday, March 21, and Saturday, March 22, 2025, TROIS C-L hosts Maya Balam Meyong for a new 55MOVERS workshop, open to all levels, non-professionals! During this 2-day workshop, dancer and choreographer Maya Balam Meyong invites you to discover her artistic universe. The workshop includes technical, exploratory, and creative activities, helping participants refine their movements and develop bodily awareness. Through movement, Maya guides you on a journey of self-discovery and well-being. Expect new sensations, laughter, challenges, and some inevitable soreness! The goal of 55MOVERS is to create a supportive and stimulating environment, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace while sharing a collective and creative experience.
